CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event of this, please reach out to us as soon as possible to avoid any corresponding fees.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Any cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee is to compensate for the time reserved for you, which could have been offered to another client.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. If no-shows are a repeated offense, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
Our cancellation policy applies to all services booked. For example, If you are scheduled for a hair cut and color, and decide that you only need a hair cut, please reach out to us to update your appointment no later than 48 hours before your scheduled date and time to ensure no cancellation fee applies.

Cancellations made through social media may not be accepted, as we may not see them in time.
